Rather than a one-size-fits-all rate, we offer care levels based on support needs, room type, and individual preferences. Rates listed below represent starting monthly ranges and may vary based on care assessment.

Level 1 – Minimal Assistance & Supervision

Best suited for residents who are largely independent but benefit from gentle support and daily oversight.

• Shared room: starting at $4,000/month

• Private room: starting at $5000/month

Level 2 – Moderate Daily Support

Designed for residents who need regular assistance with activities such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.

• Includes all Level 1 services plus additional hands-on care

• Shared room: starting at $5,000/month

• Private room: starting at $5,500/month​

Level 3 – Advanced & Comfort-Focused Care

Appropriate for residents with higher care needs, including memory support, mobility assistance, or chronic conditions. This level also includes end-of-life comfort care and coordination with hospice providers when needed.

• Includes comprehensive care planning and 24/7 staff support

• Shared room: starting at $5,500/month

• Private room: starting at $6,000/month
