Mike & Jenn McCrimmomn
We are loving, caring, fun, and deeply compassionate husband and wife duo who are truly passionate about what we do. Caring for seniors isn’t just our profession — it’s our purpose.
With 29 years of combined experience in acute care and physical rehabilitation nursing, we spent decades caring for patients in a fast-paced medical settings. While that experience shaped our clinical knowledge and skills, we often felt something was missing: time, connection, and the ability to provide truly personalized care. That’s why we made the life-changing decision to step away from traditional healthcare and open our own residential care home.
For the past 4 years, we’ve had the honor of creating a warm, family-centered environment where residents receive the extra attention, patience, and dignity they deserve. Here, care is never rushed. Every resident is known personally, treated with respect, and supported with both expertise and heart.
We specialize in elderly care, memory care and end-of-life care, approaching each day with compassion, understanding, and a gentle touch. We believe laughter, meaningful moments, and genuine human connection are just as important as medical knowledge.
This home exists because we wanted to do more — more listening, more loving, and more individualized care — and we are honored to serve our residents and their families as an extension of our own family.

"I cannot say enough about this wonderful facility. Mike and Jennifer truly are experts in their field and have been amazing at transitioning our dad into their home. The home itself is bright open and welcoming. With only room for 6 residents they are each getting practically one on one attention and care.
Mike and Jennifer have been prompt, thorough and supportive in their communication with us giving us daily status update and even sending photos to me when I’m at work. During an incredible stressful time in our parents lives it is such a comfort knowing that dad is happy and being well cared for.
Our mom had heart surgery this week and once stabilised she will join my dad. After 69 years of marriage he cannot wait to have her join him. Mike and Jennifer already have her room ready!

My sisters and I are so blessed to have found Hillside Senior Living for our mother the past four years have been really rough for all of us and the last place my mom was at was mistreating her and neglecting her it's hard enough having to put your loved one in a place like that. But since we found Hillside Senior Living Jennifer and her staff are so loving and caring and really take the time to make sure my mom is comfortable and has everything that she needs it is such a weight lifted off of our shoulders to know that when we leave Mom she's in good hands thank you so much Hillside Senior Living for all you do in welcoming our loved ones and taking care of them in the most hardest times of their life.

"This place is wonderful! Jenn and Mike offer FIRST CLASS care and treat their residents with respect and dignity.
My family and I had a hard time trying to find a place to care for my mother while on hospice. She had type 1 diabetes which required round the clock attention to keep track of her blood sugar levels and administer insulin injections as-needed. In most cases, a live-in nurse is needed to manage this type of care, which can be extremely expensive. Mike is an RN and is certified to provide this type of care.
We were very reluctant to move my mother to a care facility at first, but any reservations we had about completely disappeared after our first visit. Jenn and Mike were very welcoming and answered all of our questions without hesitation. They have a lot of experience in caring for others and were very understanding about our concerns. They were also very flexible when it came to transitioning my mother to their home, allowing her time to get comfortable and settled without forcing us to commit right away.
Jenn and Mike's attention to detail and dedication to providing maximal comfort is amazing. Their home is always very clean and they were great about keeping our whole family updated on my mother's condition. I am extremely thankful that my mother was able to get such great care during the end of her life. The care she received was far and away better than our family could have ever given her ourselves. And we were able to spend QUALITY time with our mother during her last days rather than spending that time focused on her care, which is something you just can't put a price on."
